A Chinese national was robbed while working at a supermarket in San Fernando on Tuesday 31st October, 2023.
• Around 8:40pm, the 26-year-old man was reportedly conducting sales at the supermarket along Southland Mall, when he was confronted by two men, one of whom was armed with a firearm.
• The suspects subsequently announced a robbery and relieved the victim of an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.
• The suspects then exited the building and fled the scene in a brown Nissan Almera.
• The police were notified and a team of officers led by PC Rambaran responded and are carrying out investigations.
