A 1-year-old child was found unresponsive in a pool in Morvant on Thursday 30th November, 2023.
• The child was reportedly left at the home of a relative in Redhill in Morvant.
• However, around 11:30am, relatives left him watching television and went to move some things in the home.
• When they returned shortly after, the child was nowhere to be found.
• They immediately began looking for him and later found him lying unconscious in an Intex swimming pool.
• The child was quickly removed from the pool and taken to Mt Hope Hospital where he was treated and listed in stable but serious condition.
