3. Spend time with God: Spend time in prayer and in His presence. Talk to Him about your struggles and allow Him to comfort you.
4. Seek help: Seek help from a trusted friend, family member, or counselor. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
5. Practice self-care: Take care of your physical and emotional needs. Eat healthy, exercise, get enough sleep, and take time for yourself.
6. Find joy: Find joy in the little things. Spend time with friends and family, do something you enjoy, and focus on the positive.
7. Trust in God: Trust in God’s plan for your life. He knows what is best for you and He will never leave you.
